Today we are excited to announce Mitchell Holt’s promotion to Infinite Laundry President. In Mitchell’s new role, he will be responsible for growing the company’s brand and driving customer success as we enter into the next decade.
Mitchell has spent his entire career marketing for linen and uniform services, starting as an intern with Infinite Laundry in its earlier days. From there, Mitchell expanded his role to Search Marketing Specialist over the next two years and three years ago his role was expanded to the company’s Directory of Operations, the position he has held up until today. Since college Mitchell has had a role in every aspect of the company, from customer engagement to HR management, new product launches, client analytics, customer campaign launches, new customer acquisition, and service innovation.
Throughout his time at the company, Mitchell has demonstrated his ability and commitment to customer care, leadership, technical ability and developing personal relationships. He has been a featured presenter at both TRSA’s Executive Management Institute (EMI) and Sales & Marketing Summit, and is a regular contributor to CSC Magazine‘s member quarterly magazine as a true marketing expert in the field. Mitchell has worked on campaigns and program collaborations with some of the largest services and organizations in the industry. Operationally, Mitchell has played a leading role in assembling the current Infinite Laundry team of 17 strong, managing all inter-company departments, including ad accounts that have generated 529,596 interactions and 16,099,637 impressions between search, social and video channels.
The timing of this announcement coincidentally comes as Infinite Laundry’s celebrates its 10th anniversary. For a decade now, our team has been dedicated to marketing commercial laundry, linen, and uniform companies. We are thrilled to announce this new chapter in our company’s history, and excited for 2020 as we push into our 2nd decade of serving our customers!
Company founder Jeff Wile will maintain his position as the owner of Infinite Laundry. His ongoing work schedule will remain the same as he continues managing marketing projects and client communications, overarching company strategy and of course, the company Google, Bing, and Facebook ad campaigns. The combined industry, management and marketing knowledge Jeff and Mitchell use collectively will drive Infinite Laundry to new and exciting heights for years to come.
